What To Do If Disposable E-cigarettes Can’t Produce Smoke

Leave a message

Oh, do you ever get so frustrated when your disposable e-cigarette stops producing vapor? Don't worry, today we're going to talk about this problem and make it easy for you to solve it!

Checking Usage
Sometimes, a lack of vapor may be caused by the over-inhalation protection mechanism. Like me, I puffed too hard and the e-cigarette shut down. Later, I discovered it was because I puffed continuously for more than five seconds, triggering the automatic protection mechanism. So, try taking small, slow puffs; maybe the problem will be solved! Also, a poorly installed cartridge can cause poor contact. Remember to check that the cartridge is firmly seated in the e-cigarette.

Cleaning the E-cigarette
Over time, dust and debris will inevitably accumulate in your e-cigarette. I once had a sudden stop producing vapor. I wiped it with a cotton swab and found dirt all over the contact points on the top of the stem and the bottom of the cartridge. So, regularly clean these key areas with a cotton swab or tissue to ensure unobstructed flow! 💨 Don't forget to clean the air intake as well, as it's blocked and increases inhalation resistance.

Check the condition of the cartridge

The cartridge is the heart and soul of your e-cigarette; a problem with it can be a major problem. Remember to check if it's expired; expired cartridges can be ineffective! Also, pay attention to the amount of e-liquid in your e-cigarette. Too little will result in uneven heating and poor vapor production. If you discover a problem with your e-cigarette, don't hesitate to replace it immediately!

Check the battery and charging

Is the battery dead? That means your e-cigarette is definitely out of service! Making sure the battery is fully charged is crucial. Also, check the connection between the charging cable and the battery to avoid poor contact and possible malfunctions. Choose the right charger; avoid overpowered ones, as this can cause the battery to overheat and cause problems!

Other possible causes

E-cigarettes also have a child lock feature. Sometimes, if the lock is accidentally triggered, the e-cigarette will "deny service." In this case, observe the breathing light and unlock it according to the manual. In addition, if the e-cigarette is in a humid or high temperature environment for a long time, the internal parts may be "damaged". So, remember to put the e-cigarette in a dry and cool place!
